Authorization objects
RFC interfaces
You can disable this new behaviour for the SAP_ALL profile by setting the customising switch ADD_S_RFCACL to the value YES in the table PRGN_CUST. If the ADD_S_RFCACL entry is YES, SAP_ALL still contains the total permissions for the S_RFCACL authorization object.
You have developed applications yourself and would like to maintain suggestion values for them? The easiest way to do this is with the help of the permission trace. Permission checks are also performed on self-developed applications. These applications must therefore be included in the PFCG rolls. If they are maintained in a role menu, you will notice that in addition to the start permissions (such as S_TCODE), no other authorization objects are added to the PFCG role. The reason for this is that even for customer-specific applications suggestion values must be maintained to ensure that the PFCG role care runs according to the rules and to facilitate the care for you. Up to now, the values of customer-owned applications had to be either manually maintained in the PFCG role, or the suggested values maintenance in the transaction SU24 was performed manually.
Critical authorizations
All external services for cross-navigation are stored in the role menu in the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder. In addition to this information, this folder also contains external services that represent the already mentioned area start pages and logical links. You can delete the latter, as these are duplicates from the other folders or non-relevant external services. Now, to set up correct permissions for the non-manageable external services in the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder, you can identify the external services you need for your CRM business role and delete all other external services. However, as I said, there is a risk that too many external services will be deleted and cross-navigation or calling the saved searches will no longer work. It is better to move the GENERIC_OP_LINKS folder to a separate role.
The assignment of the SAP_ALL profile is not required for the operation of an SAP system; therefore, a yellow icon will appear for the first check once a user has assigned the profile. For the other six checks on critical base permissions, the yellow icon will be displayed when a client is found on the system and at least one of the following two conditions applies: More than 75 users have the permission checked in this check. More than 10% of all users have the permission checked in this check, but at least 11 users.
For the assignment of existing roles, regular authorization workflows require a certain minimum of turnaround time, and not every approver is available at every go-live. With "Shortcut for SAP systems" you have options to assign urgently needed authorizations anyway and to additionally secure your go-live.

The freeware Scribble Papers puts an end to the confusing paper chaos. The tool is also suitable for storing, structuring and quickly finding text documents and text snippets of all kinds in addition to notes.
Permissions are also required for the activities on other users' background jobs, and the following authorization objects are available in SAP backend processing: S_BTCH_JOB controls the access rights to other users' jobs.
