What are SAP authorizations?
Coordinate authorisation management in customer-owned programmes
The assignment of the SAP_ALL profile is not required for the operation of an SAP system; therefore, a yellow icon will appear for the first check once a user has assigned the profile. For the other six checks on critical base permissions, the yellow icon will be displayed when a client is found on the system and at least one of the following two conditions applies: More than 75 users have the permission checked in this check. More than 10% of all users have the permission checked in this check, but at least 11 users.

In this case, please note that you may need to replace the SS table permission group with other table permission groups. This is required if you have entered a different table permission group when maintaining the table permission groups, for example, for the T000 table.
Make mass changes in the table log
These single roles can also be combined into composite roles. I recently discussed the special features of this in the article "SAP Authorizations Mass Maintenance Single Role Assignments in Composite Roles per Function Module (FuBa) or Transaction Code", but here I would rather discuss the roles and assignment of authorization object field values in role maintenance with the PFCG for an authorization overview.

Custom programmes should be protected with permissions, just like standard applications. What rules should you follow? Introductory projects usually produce a large number of customised programmes without being subjected to a permission check when they are executed. For your programmes, you should create custom permissions checks by default and manage them accordingly.

Secure your go-live additionally with "Shortcut for SAP systems". You can assign necessary SAP authorizations quickly and easily directly in the system.
